• When uploading photos, ensure they are of the highest quality. Uploading screenshots is not recommended, as their quality will be subpar.
• Please include all relevant information pertaining to the backdrop, such as the occasion, background color, theme, name, and age.
• Once the design is complete, you will receive a proof within 24 hours. You must confirm the proof before printing begins; delays in approval will consequently affect the printing and shipping timeline (should it be applicable). As soon as you approve, the printing process can commence.
  
• Once your order is ready, you will receive a text with the scheduled pickup time. If you opt for shipping, the tracking number will be sent and a signature will be mandatory upon delivery.

• If you need a design created a design fee will be applied.
