Booking Policy

• Service Area: Hotels in the DFW area only (Airbnb properties are not eligible).
• Deposit Requirement: 50% non-refundable deposit required to secure booking. Balance due 3 days before the event.
• Travel & Parking Fee: Base fee of $25; may increase depending on hotel location and parking requirements.
• Booking Confirmation: Booking is confirmed once the deposit is received and the contract is signed via HoneyBook.
