How do I book an inflatable nightclub for my event?

Submit Your Request: After selecting your preferences, you will be directed to our Request Page. On this page, please fill in your contact details, the address where the event will be held, the start time of the event, and any additional services or add-ons you would like to include.

Confirmation of Booking Request: Once we receive your booking request, our team will review the details and contact you by phone or email to confirm its acceptance.

Invoice and Payment: If your booking is confirmed, we will send you an invoice via email. This invoice includes a request for a 50% deposit to secure your booking. Please note that this deposit is required to finalize your reservation and is due promptly upon receipt of the invoice. The remaining balance will be due 10 days before your event date.

How long does it take to set up and dismantle the inflatable nightclub?
It typically takes 1 hour to set up and 1 hour to dismantle.
How far in advance should I book?
To best accommodate your needs and provide excellent service for your event, we recommend booking as early as possible. Ideally, this should be 4 to 6 weeks before your event date. This lead time helps us ensure availability and provides us with sufficient time to prepare and customize your rental experience to meet your specific requirements.
What is included in the setup?
Our setup includes inflating the nightclub structure, as well as setting up lighting and sound systems.
What surfaces do you set up on?
We can set up on grass, dirt, asphalt, and concrete. Unfortunately, we can't set up on any rocks, as the constant rubbing will wear through the material.
Do I need to provide anything for setup?
A flat, clean area is required for setup.
Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
Yes, a blower continuously keeps air circulating in the inflatable nightclub. If the blower is unplugged, the nightclub will deflate. Therefore, we require an electrical outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer extension cords can trip your circuit breaker, so we provide our own heavy-duty cords.
Are the Inflatable Nightclubs Air Conditioned and Heated?
We provide portable air conditioners and heaters as add-ons for an additional cost. Due to the high power consumption of these units, it is recommended to have a separate circuit breaker to prevent power outages.
Are we responsible for the unit if it gets torn or damaged in any way?
You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. However, suppose damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence. In that case, you will be responsible for all damages, up to and including the replacement of the unit, blower, and other included equipment.
Are there any restrictions on what can be done inside the inflatable nightclub?

The inflatable nightclub is suitable for children aged 5 and older. An adult must accompany any child under the age of 5.
Smoking

For the safety and comfort of all guests and to maintain the quality of our inflatable structures, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the inflatable nightclub.
Sharp Objects:

Prohibited: Items such as knives, pens, or any sharp accessories should not be used or carried inside to prevent puncturing the material.

Regulated: Adhering to the specified capacity is crucial for safety. Overcrowding is not allowed. Additionally, rowdy behavior or activities that could endanger guests or the structure, such as wrestling or jumping from heights, are strictly prohibited.
Pets:

To maintain a safe and hygienic atmosphere for all guests, pets are generally not permitted inside the vibrant inflatable nightclub, with the exception of certified service animals. This policy helps ensure that every visitor can enjoy a memorable and comfortable experience in this unique venue.

What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your reservation up to 5 days before the event for a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Welcome to Inflate The Night's inflatable nightclub rental service. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Definitions

"Equipment" refers to the inflatable nightclub and any additional items, such as lighting and sound systems, that are rented.

"Event" refers to the occasion for which the client rents the Equipment.

"Rental Period" refers to the timeframe during which the Equipment is used.
Booking and Reservations

Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis and are only confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.

The deposit is due within 24 hours after your booking request is accepted.

The remaining balance is due 7 days before the Event Date.
Pricing and Payments

All rental pricing is as stated on our website and will be included in the invoice and contract.

Cancellation Policy

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Inflate The Night from any claims, liabilities, or costs arising from the Client's misuse or violation of these terms.
Damages

The Client is responsible for any damages to the Equipment beyond normal wear and tear. Repair or replacement fees will be assessed accordingly.
Weather Policy

In the event of severe weather conditions that prevent the safe operation of the Equipment, Inflate The Night reserves the right to cancel the rental and refund the deposit.
Permits and Regulations

The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, permissions, or approvals for the Event.
Amendments

Inflate The Night reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
